This company is a joke. I paid for a background investigation and what I received was something I could have easily gotten of one of the internet sites for 1/10 of the price they charged me.

I needed a very comprehensive background investigation on a potential employee and what I received was junk at best. I used another and and they provided what I needed in less than a day. Do not give this win or worldwide intelligence network your hard earned money.

In searching all of our client contacts we can find no client by the name of Tony or Anthony in Aspen, CO.

We will be more than happy to refund Tony's fee upon proof that he utilized our services. Our goal is satisfaction not ripping people off. We have been in business for 16 years and never had one legitimate complaint

Since Tony did not dispute his credit card charge as suggested by someone who obviously has an issue with our company.

Since Tony did not file a complaint with our licensing bureau as that same person suggested.

Since we have one of the finest and most exemplary reputations in our industry substantiated by verifiable client references posted on website I would say that the person who filed this fraudulent complaint is a Private Investigator from Florida who went nuts when our Google posting came up first for Florida Private Investigators. He was foolish enough to call us and challenge our credentials and thereafter we suddenly we had all these unhappy clients.

We will unequivocally refund anyone's fee who posted a complaint on this website who can substantiate they did not receive the service they requested and who will provide proof of payment to our company.

In fairness to the alleged complaining party we conducted a search on all of our client contacts and files to determine who Tony in Aspen, CO was and how we could refund his fee.

We could not find a Tony or Anthony in our client contacts living in Aspen CO.

When we conduct a comprehensive background investigation it is done professionally with a detailed written report that concludes "if there is any question or concern please contact us immediately."

No contact was made by this alleged party and we welcome the alleged consumer to prove to us or anyone who reads his complaint that he paid us or received a report from us. If he can prove it we will immediately refund the fee he allegedly paid.

We are quite certain this alleged consumer is the same person who filed another complaint back in December 2006 and we strongly believe he a Private Investigator in Florida who is fuming mad at all the business we are getting from his area.

filing a complaint with the dept of consumer affairs licensing dept will help rectify your issue. They look into these complaints and it sounds like this guy and the firm certainly needs to be looked at

how does a company like this get into business and stay in business with this kind of reputation? If this was my money I would be on his door step and then on the Police Departments door step

We counted 4 separate complaints about this Wincor or Robert Mann of Wincor. This company doesnt even bother repsponding to their complaints?

Has anyone gotten their money back from this company that have been ripped off yet?
