Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Last winter I received a call from Windham claiming my loan was ready to default. I talk to my loan provider and they claim that I am in good standing. Windham continues to call me at my office (I had only been working there for about 2 months, I have no idea how they obtained the phone number) daily until I agree to set up a payment plan.
They told me they purchased the loan from a loan company that I had never knew about. I set up a payment plan with them, and they withdrew money once and never called again.

This entire article is a lie. First you claim your loan is in good standing and supposedly verify this with your lender. If this is true, how can Windham Professional own you loan (Windham doesn't purchaes loans). Just because you defaulted on your loan doesn't make it the companies fault. Please remember: If you don't pay back your loan, YOU are making it difficult for other to attend college.
