Ordered a Bow Window said it would be here in app. 4 wks. Called to see about the window, he delayed it for 1 week. Called again he said it wasn't finshied so he would send us our check back. E-mailed him about it. Never heard from him again. Ordered the window on May 25, 2011. He did cashed our check
