Windy City Quality Foods, Inc Lied about what the product was and then wouldn't return calls to return it in time. Would only exchange Elgin Illinois

Was told product was all natural grass fed beef. When I took the box out of the carton, it had added ingredients such as soy, msg, etc... I immediately tried to call the reps cell number. It was a bogus number. The truck was no longer on my street so I couldn't stop it. I called and left messages on the corporate line and did not receive any response. When I finally made contact, the person said he'd call back and never did. Two months later I still have the unwanted meat in the freezer. They will not credit me because I did not return it in three days. The rep promised 100%b satisfaction but they won't take it back and they don't call back! This place is a scam.
