winferno mcafee shut down protection after 6 mos caused virus refused to give back 6 mo of not being able to use on 1 yr contract Internet

i purchased mcafee software 9/2014 by 12/2014 started having problems. on march 2015 they said im not protected. caused a very bad virus. contacted mcafee they sent me to winferno. winferno refuses to refund half of amount paid. they say im still covered. im to sign on a web site which will reenstate me. did signon but got tolded protection expired july 2014. it expired before i bought it. i had to go to someone else to fix all the damage they caused. all i asked for was half not all.this company refuses even that. my pc works fine without them.
