WIP*IFriends, have been Deducting $6.95 a month from checking account, I have no idea who they are, or what the charges are for, and I also have no physical or internet address for them, I have no idea on how to contact them or have this reoccuring charge STOPPED.

Once we saw Robert's complaint, we were able to find his accounts and cancel them. After posting his complaint, Robert emailed our Customer Care Department to request cancellation. A representative replied to Robert and confirmed that his accounts were cancelled.

Robert created three accounts on iFriends, and each time he affirmatively chose to enroll in the upgraded iFriends VIP membership. The regular iFriends membership is free, but the VIP membership that Robert chose to access has a monthly charge associated with it. This charge was clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance, and Robert actively chose to create his account with the VIP membership.

Our company has a spotless 11-year-record with all of the leading consumer protection agencies, and we are an industry leader in the development of model online consumer best practices. Every one of our web services is verified by TRUSTe to be on its sealholder list of "the most trustworthy online businesses."
