Wireless City Pager/Cell Phone They will Screw with you!!!!

Here is the story. I went and had one of my old pager activated at this pager place called WIRELESS CITY in Norwalk. It was activated for one year. 3 months into the year my pager broke! None of the numbers would come up, maybe half if i was lucky. So i took it in and they told me i needed to buy a new one. Not wanting to get riped off i went to my old pager company to have them take a look at it and they told me that my pager was missing parts. So i took it back to WIRELESS CITY and they said they had no idea what happen and it was not there fault. So they told me to just buy a new one and like an idoit i did. They promissed that they would have my service transfered over to me new pager before they closed. Of course it took me the next two days of conplaining to get that done. They also told me they would give me a good deal on a Nixxo Platinum they charged me like $75.00 and like an idoit i paied them $65 because that was all i had on me at the time. I later paied the $10. Two weeks after i paid the rest my pager was turned off when i called and asked them why they said that i had not paied my bill. When i expained that i had paid it they were like ok we will fix it. I asked them when and the woman said by the end of the day. And of course if took two days again. Finaly my pager was back on and everything seamed a ok. Then 4 months down the line its turned off again. Now keep in mind every time my pager is turned off there is no warning or notice. For 3 days now i have been trying to get a hold of them to find out why my pager is not activated. No one calls me back, i am put on hold for 20 min. and sometimes even hung up on! This is the WORST customer service i have ever encountered in my life! These people should not be in business!!!
