Wirelessemporium Bad products Internet

Ordered a cell phone battery that never fully charged and emptied out in 2 hours.  Contacted them to complain, they said they would send a new one.  In 10 days another battery arrived this one did not take charge at all.  At htis point I told them they could have the batteries again as they were useless and I was requesting a refund.  They refuse to refund unless I sent them the bad batteries on my expense.  I told them i would be happy to return the batteries but they should be responsible for the shipping charge.  Did not hear from them again so i just contacted my credid card company.  Stay away from them.
