I wish I had researched this company as I usually do before making a large purchase. Ordered a salt spreader back in August. Wise Sales took my money immeditately from my debit card.

They kept telling me it was on backorder from the manufacturer. I finally cancelled the order. Two months later I still have not received a credit. Every time I called they had some excuse, it was the holiday weekend, it will be 7-10 days, blah blah blah.

I now have had to dispute the charge with my bank. I can't believe they continue to get away with this business practice. Totally unacceptable! Do not buy anything from these guys! They need to be shut down!
