I am writing to share my experiences with Wizetrade trading software.  I originally bought the software after being taken in with the ( i should have realized) outrageous claims about the astronomical amounts of money that could be made with the "so easy a child can do it", red light green light stock market trading software. After spending the $4000.00, and i have to add the 30 day money-back time period is inadequate to master the software, and having no success, their high-pressure sales team persuaded me to sign up for personal coaching.  I paid a total of nearly $20,000.00 CDN for the training.  I went through a string of coaches as they were constantly leaving the organization.  It is true that they did teach me quite a bit about  options trading theory, even though I now see that none of them were very knowledgeable, but the cost was completely outrageous and indefensible. ( I have never made that money back thru trading). As part of the coaching, i was to receive a 3 day live-in-the-market training event in Dallas.  I explained that I was chronically ill and unable to make that kind of commitment to a 3 day trip. Even so, the sales team never offered me the training package without the 3 day event.  I never received the training so in July of 2009, I spoke to Jim Cross from Wizetrade and after an explanation of my situation, he asked for a letter from my physician attesting to my chronic illness.  After he received the doctor's letter which I faxed to him, I contacted him again and after discussion and more phone calls he agreed to refund me $1510.00.  I didn't feel that this was adequate for something that was billed as being worth $3000.00, but he said that was what the 3 day training event was worth  when packaged with the personal coaching.  So i agreed to the $1510.00 amount. Well, I have never received the refund.  Jim Cross stopped taking my phone calls.

After a few months I was routed to his superior, a Mr David Thompson.  By this time it was January of 2010. He, as well, promised that I would get a refund.  It has never happened.  (The Wizetrade software is no longer sold, but is now offered on a monthly subscription basis)  This whole thing has left a very bad taste in my mouth. The  Wizetradesoftware is not an adequate trading tool.  Markets are complex and sophisticated and it takes lots of time and training in technical analysis and trading concepts to become successful.  No easy money here.  Since then,  I have been fortunate to receive good training in techinical analysis , which was reasonably priced, and enabled me to use the FREE SOFTWARE that good on-line brokerages provide. Beware of Wizetrade.
