I am being billed $9.00 a month for something I did not order from Wli*reservationreward. I intend to go to my bank today to see if they can do anything to stop this company from billing me.

Do not immediately cancel your "service" by clicking the first option. You won't get refunded. Wait until you speak with a person.
Ask for your money back. They will say that they will make an exception and give you your money back (this is a lie. they do for everyone that asks)
You should be credited in a couple of days.
Don't worry, everyone that asks gets their money back, its how they stay around.
