I contacted my credit card issuer about this charge. Buy.com provided my Credit Card number to WLI reservations rewards. At my request my credit card company will no longer honor third party charges to my account. I was able to contact reservationsrewards.com and they said that I must have clicked on a link allowing them to charge my account. I have the original e-mail that is still in my inbox and it clearly is deceptive as it does not mention fees. It offered a $10 discount the next time I shop at Buy.com. That will be never as Buy.com has not responded to my complaint and there is no number to contact them. I have received my latest statement and the unauthorized $7 charge has been credited back. Please Boycott any company that is using this company and please post any new ones not already posted.

The wli reservationrewards rip me off by taking $7/month from my checking account. I've no idea how this happened.

IT'S A RIP OFF -- I did not subscribe to their services

Same thing happened to me. $9.00 was charged to my account twice. The first time, the Company agreed to credit my credit card, but the second time it happened, they refused. I did not subscribe to their services, and I don't know how they got my credit card number. This makes me so mad.

Same thing...a $9 charge on my cc froom booking a hotel reservation on a hotel web site (choicehotels.com). Called and they cancelled membership and refunded $9. I believe they have a box checked that you must uncheck to avoid this charge.

I went into my account online today and saw the transaction for $9.00 deducted from account by this WLI Reservation Rewards and I have no idea how it was authorized. I have disputed this with my bank and hopefully I am reimbursed. How exactly does this happen? I agree with boycotting any company using this company!! How is this company doing this legally? I will file charges if I am ever debited again from this company and I think everyone should do the same.
