The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Brian Stine during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards WMC Funding
WMC Funding is an alternative method to financing or acquiring financing for small businesses. Brian Stine stated the following about his company, "being that in todays age the majority of these small businesses that tend to go toward their local bank to look for funding are being rejected. There is always a need for an alternative method." WMC Funding specializes in funding at a rapid pace, and offers a cheaper cost compared to their competition. Mr. Stine additionally stated, "we do well but ideally we want to develop and cultivate more relationships moving forward. That's what we do every day."
Leads for WMC Funding are primarily obtained through online marketing. Once an individual has expressed interest in their services, "they deal with one of the financial specialists at WMC." These specialist then forward their request to the potential client. Mr. Stine further explained, "upon receipt of the application we then request four bank statements from the merchant and based on those four bank statements we underwrite typically within about an hour...we send over a spreadsheet via email with different offers for that prospective business."
CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – WMC FUNDING
During the onsite interview Mr. Stine was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He expressed that his company rarely receives complaints, but they have experienced situations where clients they funded, "took the deals and thereafter were in a position to where they had some buyer’s remorse. Once you spend money it's a little bit difficult to stop paying on it because you had to make a commitment." WMC Funding maintains open communication with all of their clients to ensure that they are getting the product that they desire.
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Stein stated the following about the two comments on the website, "we had indicated that the deal was risky because of certain tax liens judgments that he had. So we told him that we do have other relationships in this business. He was funded by a different entity different funding company. And upon receiving that funding no more than a month a half later he posted the report because he came back looking for more and that would violate the terms of our agreement with the funding company. So we did not fund him. We were closed for the holidays and that's what had transpired. The second individual on the website is someone that we funded and now claims that the services fee that we had taken or debited from his account was unauthorized which we have proof that it was authorized in the form of a signed document an official document. This is somebody again that came back looking for more and we were not able to piggy back on the other deal because it would violate the terms of our agreement with said funding company. Overall there are occasions where you have people who take these deals I mean we probably originate close to five hundred transactions a year so you take the good with the bad and occasionally you have people that are not satisfied and they have their own methods of recourse."
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Stein stated, "we pride ourselves in having excellent customer service compliance division that we established. Every transaction is looked at more vigorously in terms of making sure that everybody's on the same page And the products transparent."

Ripoff Report would like to let readers know that Ripoff Report emailed this customer so the member business could make things right with them. STATEMENT FROM WMC FUNDING:
Merchant came back for more funding and the lender he did the deal with - was closed for the holidays. As were we. He proceeded to put up the report without having a single conversation with us. Furthermore, he had violated the terms of the agreement and had taken other deals which put the initial funding at risk (3 more payments on his books = greater risk, which we have proof of as well.). Merchant knew that we used another partner to fund because of the risk involved which is evident by the other partner's LOGO on EVERY page. In addition, prior to funding, he went through 3 separate calls which explained that we referred him over. We attempted to fund him again, we attempted to resolve the issues, to no avail. Moving forward, we have established several more customer service agents at WMC - however, we cannot vouch for the other party. It's unfortunate that the merchant has a negative outlook, however, we attempted to do right by him countless amounts of times even though he violated the agreement. In addition, the merchant received an EXCELLENT rate on his 12 month term
NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED
Was contacted by phone end of october 2015 about buisness funding. was told that i could get 10 % interest. submited 12 months bank records etc. was with ON DECKat the time and had a small balance remaining was looking to get more funding for the up coming year.. the intial loan was $50.000 at 31 % .. was told throughout the process that there would be a 30 day review and that as long as i didnt get more additional funding from another source i would be given another $50.000 forgiving the interest on the first loan making it 15 % overall. I HAD TO PROVE MYSELF FIRST . salvatorre was the liason throughout the process and said we will be talking at 30 days 21 payments .
i called and sent in my bank statements to show that all payments where made and no additinal funding... THEN NOTHING.. no call backs ..nothing.. that is when it became apparent that they had lied about who they where. what i had done was sign a loan with credibly at 31 %.. And had been coached by salvatorre through the underwriting process which he claimed to be neccessary as a 30 day underwriting insurance to show i was worthy.. not just SAL . but the whole staff is an organized con ... they create a carrot to hold out in front of you with verbal promises that they are the money people and how much they want you as a longtime future customer ....and its all for a quick commision check...
i have been truly been harmed in the fact i ddint get the actual funding i needed for the upcoming year... only half. and at an interest rate that i was promised would go away after 30 days.. the actual lender turned out to be the underwriting processors and i was coach by SALVATORRE on what say and not say in order to get the intial process started... They are very very good at this , and beyond a doubt i know there has to be other victims ... what i say is true as god my witness... and iam open to any inquireys in regards to WMC Funding and Salvatorre.
i work hard to make my buisness run and pay my 20 employees.. and these guys have just set me back...without a care in the world im sure..
