WOA rewards false advertisment, consumer fraud , wantagh, Wantagh New York

we received a flyer in the mail that looked like a check made out for $1200 towards a down payment on a vehicle from moore chevrolet in senatobia, ms. it had 2 scratch off cards on the inside. we won on the first: a 41 piece socket set. on the second one you had to scratch 9 blocks, 3 of which had to match. our 3 had $1000 shopping spree at wal-mart. we had to reedem it at moore chevrolet, not wal-mart. we were then given a $2000 gift certificate from moore chevrolet to be used on the WOArewards website. if you don't have access to the internet you have to pay $5.00 for their catalog and there's no phone # on the certificate. we log onto the website and bad rip off comes up. there is no way to order anything. i hope you or someone else will look into this consumer fraud act.
