WOArewards.com, World Of America, $1,000 shopping spree I ordered a cell phone and payed $170.00 for shipping and handling. This cost $499.00 of my shopping spree dollars. I ordered it on May 24th and it says my estimated delivery is may 31st .I have not recieved my phone, complained & waited. Deer Park New York

I have been dealing w/ this site for about 2 years. When I first received my shopping spree I ordered some magazines I paid $30 a month for 30 monthes and was suppose to recieve the magazines for 60 monthes. I looked at the site soon after I recieved the spree and thought it was'nt great and I did not have a credit card.I saved the spree for Christmas but the were out of everything and for some reson my order did not work. Eventually I did get to order some things off the site and I soon realized that the quality of the product was not even worth the shipping and handleing. I needed a cell phone and thought that if it was probably about the same price as to get one any where else and maybe a little cheaper so I payed $170.00 and have not recieved anything nor can I get any one to answer the customer service line witch is not 800 so I have to pay for that also I the only two times of about 50 times that I have spoken to any one they assured me that I would be refunded immedately and I have not.

I ordered my phone on may 24th and my expected delivery date is may 31st . On June 26th they said it would be two more weeks for the phone to be in stock and another week for it to ship. I demanded that I get a refund. They assured me that the money would be back in my account the next day. three days later I called all day and left messages finaly some one acually called me back and the assured me that the money would be refunded into my account within 2 days today is the 5th day and I am getting only mailbox full or leave a message when I call there long distance telephone #. The magazines i get through them are red book, stuff, playboy and disney princess I have only recieved the playboy consistantly I have had to call several times and ask why my magazines have not been showing up.

These are just a few of my problems with them I could write a book this ordeal w/ World of America.
