I bought what turned out to be counterfeit Uggs from this company. I found out they were fraudulent when trying to exchange locally for size. That was bad enough but we were going to deal with it, within 2 days the seam stitching became undone and that started the dissatisfaction with the vendor. The company will not refund my money, they keep returning emails stating take them to a cobbler they must have been worn roughly. The boots were not worn outside of the home, the gift recipent is mature. I am still negotiating for a refund but do not expect to ever see my money. Buyers beware of this company!!

Tried to return locally?

Let me get this right. You bought these on line because they were cheaper than buying them at a local store, correct?
Then after you found out they didn't fit, instead of returning them to the on line retailer you bought them from, you tried to rip off the local store by returning them there. Unbelievable!
