I responded to the advertisement for wonder hearing for $39.95. I even added a $19.99 extra for enhanced features

After the transaction there was nothing to say that my ordr is processed or an invoice for my purchase.

That was done since May 12, 2017. Today is May 17th. This is unusual for any legitimate business. I would like my money back.
