We can openly challenge the customer who wrote this report. She is so fake that she is using fake name. If she is so sure about the case than why didn't she use her real name and original invoice which shows she bought 45 bundles or paid this much amount in any form. Please do not write wrong reports as we can also file a against you in court. We respect our customers but customer should also tell everything with honesty.dear customers do not trust on the wrong ripoff reports unless and untill the ripoff report does not show any billing proof. I am also attaching PayPal invoice of the customer as a proof which she can challenge if it is wrong.

We understand due to missunderstanding we sent you kinky curly hair instead of tight curly hair and as you also know that you ordered only 4 bundles of loose curly and tight curly 2 of each.you also loved the hair but out of four bundles, due to missunderstanding 2 bundles we sent kinky curly which we also promised to replace or refund you and asked you to send us back. we tried our best to help you as we work only for quality and by sending only 2 bundles we can not be rich.

we only send good quality hair and if something got wrong we have return and refund policy.we value our customers and we tried helping you as much as we could and even though we won paypal fight than also we were ready to replace or refund and even today we can do that. we are indian company and we have nothing to do with china. we can give all facts and proofs regarding this compaint. we request you please do not spoil our name. we want you as a long term customer and we hope we can settle things please have patience and write us a mail.
