Wood and Fullerton Norcross GA I brought my Nissan Maxima in for an oil change. When I picked up the vehicle I was charged $53.00 for a lug nut that they claimed was stripped. Wood and Fullerton are the only ones since 2005 who put Norcross, Georgia

Wood and Fullerton charged me $53.00 to replace a stripped lug nut that they had to have stripped. I bought new tires from this store in 2005 and they are the only ones who have ever put a lug wrench to my vehicle since. When I told John the manager that they had to have stripped it he said "no way". This is not the first bad experience I have had with this store, but it will definetly be the last.
