I made 6 trips to the "Wood dash experts Inc", wood dash dealer. The first time I found T-REX BILLET GRILLE and a spoiler. I liked it, but went home to decide. Next day i came back and ordered the part's, i pay deposit %75 ($600) and i was told that my part will get to Wood Dash Experts Inc, within 3 days, that's okay with me, 6 days later I call and spoke with Roman hi indicate that I need to wait 3 days more because delivery track is broken and they couldn't pick up parts, EXCUSE #1,

okay 2 weeks after I pay for the grill and spoiler $600 Roman call me and notified me that my part is Arrived. When I came and open the box I was in shock the grill was badly painted, probably they painted and throw it in the box without even letting paint to dry, sticker made in china on the grill, and the receipt from China $17 Can you believe that ??? They ordered part from China, make me wait 2 weeks, painted in my color, and put it in the box without even dry it,

since now I have civil auction against this Business, they liars buying China parts and resell them for 10 times more. www.wooddashexperts.com is a horrible website if you ever will came across this site, run from there and tell your friends too. As of 05.19.08 $600 never recovered.

Just to let everyone know. After working there a week they fired me! They do not train well after a day of showing me things they put me on the phones and said it wasnt for me!!! What the.... They are shhiieeessstyy too. Just warning... When you call to cancel an order, they tell you it already shipped when half the time it didnt just so they can charge you all the extra fees. Its like they have Robots working there. They are trained to tell you one thing and thats it. They will keep repeating themselves untill they annoy the crap out of you. Another thing is. They will tell you sure no problem you could exchange it if you do not like it with no problem, they leave out the part were they will charge you restocking fees and all that other stuff. And somethings you are SOL with. Custom made things you cannot return unless theres a defect. Im glad they fired me. Because I could put myself in the customer shoes. I have a conscience! These people dont. They are money hungry!!!!!!

T-Rex Grilles are from CA

This experience is completely unbelievable. As an employee here i find this accusations completely absurd for many reasons.

First and most importantly all of our T-Rex Billet Grilles are shipped from California and come directly from T-Rex so there wouldn't be a note in it from china saying it was $17 all T-Rex grilles are made in the US. It may have been a note for $17 dollar shipping but i can say that those grilles are far more expensive then the $17 note he claims to have been in the box.

Secondly, T-Rex Grilles are one of the to manufactures of grilles around. I find it hard to believe that they would send a poorly painted grille. The grilles they make are extremely nice and made from top quality material. I know this because we have some here at the office so we can see how they look.

Finally, we do have a return policy so if this customer didn't like it he could have returned his item and he would have got his money back minus the re-stocking and re-shipping fees.Also if it was manufactured wrong like the poor paint job and we determine this is a manufacture error we would have had a replacement piece sent out free of charge. When an item is incorrect or wrong we work with the customer to make sure that they leave with a great experience after all you the customer are our number 1 priorty.

I'm sorry i personally find these aqussations crazy. Working here i know that these problems do not happen and i havent seen anyone come into our office.
