I have banked with Woodforest Bank for over a year now, and I have not noticed that over the course of time, they just send in returned statement fees if your address is not updated. I even went to paperless statements and they still charge a $5.00 fee for both my checking and savings and I didn't even know about it. They didn't call me or anything. This is terrible service, and this is unnaceptable. I am in MN, so I can't even go to a woodforest branch.

1. You are only in TX, and I live in MN

 2. You failed to call me about this issue. instead you charge me $5.00 on my checking and savings monthly. You did refund them, but that doesn't matter.

 3. You charge to check for balance on a ATM. my bank doesn't do that.

 Sorry, but I don't feel I can trust my money to Woodforest Bank. Take this experience as a way to improve your service. I know my bank has repaired reputation after making mistakes.

My money should had been trusted safe and not drained. While they would refund me, it annoys me how they drain it in the first place. Plus i'm not a big fan of inquiry fees, etc which the bank I have now doesn't have. I am done with them.
