Woodrow Mason Photography Terrible and Perverted Photographer Atlanta, Georgia

I enlisted Woodrow Mason Photography to shoot professional pictures of me last July. I paid Woody $575 at the end of the shoot. Bad decision paying the full amount prior to seeing the pictures and getting the final Photoshop and printed photos as per agreement but I trusted this photographer partly due to a mutual friends recommendation to me.

The amount consisted of the photo shoot, makeup application, 15 edits/Photoshop and 10 prints. So far I have not received any Photoshop pictures or prints. To make matters worse the pictures are worthless! I had emailed the makeup artist prior to the shoot and provided her with examples of pictures of the type of look I wanted which were natural,
sophisticated, classy pictures. I got totally the opposite! I got Elvira pictures instead.

With direction of Woody my makeup was excessively and poorly applied. I looked like a clown! I expressed my concern to Woody during the shoot and he assured me several times that excessive makeup was needed due to the photo lighting and it was easier to Photoshop more makeup rather than less. After sending my pictures to a couple professional photo shops I found out that the opposite is true and black dark Elvira eye shadow is the hardest to Photoshop and they would not be able to Photoshop the pictures to a natural look. Shows his total lack of experience and knowledge.

In addition Woody did a poor job with the Photoshop of my pictures and my few good shots were warped in a way where my eyes, skin color, hair color were changed. I look plastic in most of them and the pictures don't look like me. In one of the pictures my eyelashes are missing!

Also, found out that many of the pictures are blurry and dark if they were to be printed as is. The photographer provided me with thumbnails where anything over 8X10 would show loss of quality. So at the end I have nothing to work with other than being out $575.00.

I really tried to work with this photographer but instead got grand excuses, no responses and empty promises. All is inexcusable and VERY unprofessional. I asked Woody to reimburse me the full amount I paid to him as I will be reshooting again with a different photographer as I do not feel comfortable working with him again.

As of yet I have not received reimbursement and he has not responded. This whole experience has been so disappointing and I recommend anyone entertaining the idea of having pictures taken with Woodrow Mason Photography to go elsewhere!

To top it all off, he made advances towards me that were very unwelcoming.
