Wooxify.com Wooxify Ordered a Christmas gift, it never arrived, shipping number never register, 2 months later; no refund! North Hollywood California

So, lets look at the evidence here, they don't have a phone number or a company email address, they use wooxify@gmail.com and a Zendesk support email

Don't expect a support email response as you can imagine how busy they are all their customers complaining that they never got the item.

Their business model is quite smart. They resell cheap crap for several times it's cost using Social retargeting (Instagram, Facebook etc)

#Tip 2: If you like something; search it on eBay/ Amazon/ Alibaba and get it at a fraction of the price. The bonus? It'll actually arrive!

Anyway, I ordered something for 4 times the cost which was never sent. Their trading FAQ's seem pretty solid but they don't care about them at all

E.g. I've been waiting 2 months for a refund. See below...Not very trustworthy eh?

How long is the returns process?

So my item never arrived? Surely I'm covered, Well no! They say the below and then don't enforce it. Tracking number still says 'Pending'. They also never sent me this tracking number until I asked for it and then said sorry, they ran out of stock...Hmmmm....It is Christmas...Maybe plan ahead?! That is presuming you actually ship some lucky customer what they pay 7 times the retail price for.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 8-14 business days for delivery in the United States, and 12-18 business days for international orders.

Final kicker and here's the real kick in the nuts! I logged a PayPay case and they reached out just before PayPal intervened saying they can't refund me until the dispute is closed. It's a legit business so I close the dispute? WRONG MOVE! No refund or response came. 

But why would they ask me to close the dispute? Maybe the response below from PayPal will show you their true colours

Remember that once you close a dispute, it can’t be re-opened or escalated to a claim.

If the seller agrees to refund your money or ships your item, don’t close the dispute until the money is in your PayPal account or you've received the item because you cannot re-open a dispute.
