Contacted by phone to receive $1,000 gift certificate, shopped on-line at their site, Paid over $300 for shipping with my Visa Bank Card, 9-13-2007.
Percentage was supposed to go to troops.

Have sent many E-mails to the customer service department, called several times, but not able to get any response in last month or so.
