We ordered a coil back on July 21, 2010 for our Norcold 876***, to be delivered before Labor Day, to prepare our RV for a well anticipated vacation.
I called and confirmed our order and they said they had it and it was on its way. Two weeks passed and I never heard from the company. I called and they told me they shipped it. They never did. I started to call everyday for an update and everyday they said they had shipped it.
Finally, on August 22, an email from FedEx arrived with a tracking number. The coil arrived just one week before our vacation was to start, and it had the smell of ammonia. A piece had broken off and all the ammonia had leaked out. I knew there was no way to get a replacement before our vacation, so we had to buy a small 12 volt cooler which drained the RV battery during our trip and forced us to run the generator; there were no RV hookups where we were camping.
So, on this day, September 10, 2010, the replacement has still not been shipped, even though they have been telling me for the last five days it will ship 'this afternoon.'
This place is a joke. I just wish I could laugh.
