feb 2011 opened a credit card at bealls dept store bought items paid the bill in full in march april i received a bill for 49.99 for a rewards program that i did not agree to total new bill$76.18 including a $25 interest fee i will never pay this bill who or what do they think they are i sent a letter stll got the bill they call themseves a national bank my next move after today will be to file a complaint with the comptroller of currency administrator of national banks located in texas the banks are out of control something needs to be done immediately
