On May 31, 2019 I purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz E350. I spoke with  Eugene " Gino" Healy on the phone regarding the finance details and the condition of the Mercedes as well as options the vehicle had because according to the AD is was a fully 2016 Mercedes Benz E350.

When the vehicle arrived at my home around 630 PM, it was not as Gino described. The vehicle was missing the start button, it did not have the keyless go package as Gino said, nor did it have the cross lane assist or the assist parking as Gino stated. The headlight on the Mercedes were cracked, tires has slash marks on the tread and one was had a 1 in piece of rubber missing from the tire.

The interior trim on the passenger and drivers side was cracked, the bottom railing of the passenger and driver side seats has black spray paint, under carriage of seats also spray painted, the car has multiple dents which the car was derailed and of delivered at sun down which made it hard to spot damage...( I had 10 am appt to pick up car but was told it was being detailed at Mercedes Benz dealership).

The ad stated the car had just been serviced and the Mercedes Benz dealership where Gino stated the vehicle was at has no record of the CD at being there. Tyler the owner was aware of the issues I had spoken to him before tracy left and I also tried to cancel sale prior to tracy leaving but while speaking to Tyler tracy left in a cab. I knew from that point that something was not right with the sale.

I took the Mercedes and left it with World Motors for 4 days for the issues to be corrected. I received the car back with tires and trims that had been spray painted, headlights were not replaced with original as stated by Tyler, rear end bumper was not replaced, front end of passenger side still has dent. Dent was not fixed on driver side and the hood still had gaps on both ends.

I was surprised at how the vehicle was presented given that Tyler had stated that the vehicle warranty would cover the most if not all of the issues. NOT TRUE! Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale covered one thing and turns out that the rims and tires and headlights were removed from a 2016 Mercedes Benz E350 that is for sale on the lot now.

Tyler refuses to refund my 8000 I put down and void the contract. The dealership World Motors has delivered nothing but disappointment and FRAUD. My hubby has stage 4 prostate cancer and we have traveled 4 times about 20 miles one way to World motors in Scottsdale to have work performed on what Gino said was a stellar vehicle that we would be very happy with.

The fact that my hubby is sick with cancer does not matter to the group of convicted criminals. I have filed fraud reports with the AG in AZ, board of AZ financial institutions and I hope that no other individuals will have to burden this same situations as we have!

Mr Dog, Millions of Men and Women have fought and died and sacrificed everything they had to give us Freedom and the right of speech. And one thing I as an American is give them the respect they deserve by knowing that when we go to purchase something that we can with honor and respect that the person selling us that vehicle is just as thankful for that right so many sacrificed for.

Not sum scum that is so disrespectful and out corrupting that freedom we have.Honor thy neighbor .No deceit. And we wouldn't have to waste time with people like yourself.

 The dog is apparently posting these rebuttals on behalf of Mercedes Benz.Are you basically saying because a consumer is choosing the right to purchase a vehicle which you redirected to that you have the right to post false advertising to lure them to buy your fraud.And then you call us stupid.

I think you should be kenneled to stop your toxic business practices.

 They also stole my tires ,changed title I gave them.altered loan documents.Very deceptive practices.And do not answer your calls.swaping etitles follow through with your sale.They swap out parts.have your vin checked.

 YOU could have prevented being the victim by using COMMON SENSE which YOU failed to do! Buying ANY used car sight unseen is plain STUPID!

 Here we go again! You come here seeking sympathy because YOU failed to use COMMON SENSE when buying this car! EVERYBODY knows of the perils involved in buying any used car and what do you do? YOU pay money for this USED CAR which you NEVER looked at! Don't write back some garbage about the virtues of "trust". Anybody with half a brain knows you ONLY trust somebody with whom you have a trustable track record! Your husband's cancer has nothing to do with this either. YOU failed to use COMMON SENSE. Accordingly, they took advantage of you. How much in BOGUS FEES did you pay? Again I have to ask, what in the blazes is wrong with you people???
