World of Watches phony return policies Internet

World of Watches promises on its website a satisfaction guaranteed return policy.  I returned a $150 watch unused in original box, brochures, wrapping, and tag.  They did not initially respond to my letter, and went through a suspicious procedure when i called them:  "We can only track your return if you give us the tracking number from your shipping company"  I gave them the tracking number and they told me they would refund the purchase price to my credit card.  When the refund was made it was only 1/3 of the purchase price, and no explanation was given.
