After being denied for loan modification with our lender we signed up with World Wide Brokers in August 2008. At that time we were quaranteed a loan modification and if not our money would be partially refunded. We paid World Wide Brokers $2,495 upfront for them to move forward with our loan modification.
Month after month all we heard was your file is the next one to get approved. Every time I talked to our counselor I got hope that we were getting one step closer with the loan modification. All we wanted was our mortgage payment to be reduced.
A year later we are no closer in getting a loan modification. Now our house is in foreclosure and we are 14 months behind in payments. World Wide Brokers is no where to be found. Or at least the phone numbers are disconnected. Now we hope that BOA will give a loan modification because all we want is to stay in our house!
