This had been a nightmare. My son and family was moving to Texas to join the military, so we first begain with Elite relocators and placed a deposit, my daughter in law found WorldWide Van Lines and they advised her that the belongings would reach her within 3 days. So we cancelled Elite which off the bat told us it would take 7-14 days for delivery cancelled and went with the more expensive co which promised delivery within 3 days. They were quite nice at the beginning taking our deposit advising us that our stuff would be handled with care. After arriving in Texas the nightmare began, we had multiple names and began calling we would get no answer no return calls and hangups all from supposed to be a reliable co. 3days turned in to about 7 days, needless to say I was told by Bobby he didnt care that my grandchildren were sleeping on a floor and dont call him no more and he would and could by law hold our belongings for 14 days and there was nothing I could do. Also our weigh in was so much more then our estimate, the were a day late coming which at that point I had to pay the rent again for my son of 973.00. They damages new beds broke alot of their stuff there was syrup all over the boxes and furniture. The drivers did not give us the final weigh in they said Bobby had it. They called at 5:30pm and said the were on I30 when in fact they drove around the apt complex about that time and finally arrived at Walmart and my son had to go get them. this was 8:30pm, they refused to take my personal check which at the 1st weigh in I had to pay additional $1000 and they took the check. He said look there are broken items and I did not do it. He had me sign the sheet before he would open the truck. I took it read it it stated that we had all items and were not damaged. I questioned it and them wrote a comment that items were damaged and will file a report and needed a weigh in. I have never been treated like this ever. I am very ill so this experience took a toll on my health. The said part was they gave us a item that wasnt ours and said oh well it is now.  My familys items that were missing are personal documents as well as sentimental. I filed a complaint on the website while waiting for our stuff no one responded. We called Pindy back who handled the initial intake and told her what happened she hung up on us. My grandchilren lost so much. How is it fair to take $2500 and we had to pay for gas and new birthcertificates and this delayed my son with meeting with his recruitor. What can I do. I filed a faxed insurance claim still no response. We also were told our items were covered by insurance, but were never offered additional insurance.  I went on the Website to file a comment so people would see not to go with this co, there is no place to do that. What a scam co aned Bobby the dispather should be fired.
