worldwinner cash games GSN cash games closed account, 8 yr customer, state unable to play cash games(they take my money then tell me i cant play) Internet

 I have been a customer of worldwinner for 8 years. I have played 14500 cash games (over that) . I get a reward when I get to 15000 games . In the past 4 months, I started playing on this site again, after a break of a couple years. I have been making multiple $10 deposits again through PayPal and credit cards. One day I had deposited a couple times already and all of a sudden when trying to compete in a game, I got a message saying, were sorry but in your state you cannot play cash games. Well if they knew this why do they keep taking my money? So I requested a refund. They closed my account and referred it to the fraud department. There they don't help me or even answer my questions.
