Worldwinner.com fraud, gaming sites, games for cash, worldwinner, sendearnings Internet

I joined www.worldwinner.com through www.sendearnings.com less than a week ago. I probably made around $100 in deposits during this short time, and played a lot of their games (some free, some for cash). I never requested a withdrawal or had disputes. Last time I went to make a deposit (for a small amount), it charged my card for $1 and then took me to a screen that told me my account had been closed.

It just so happens that I was in place to win $45 in one tournament, and $8 and $9 in two others. I also had around 15-20 player v. player cash games pending, many of which I had the standing high score in. Most of these PVP games carried a prize of $3.75. I have e-mailed their customer service ("fairness") department, but the quoted response time is 1-2 business days.

Since worldwinner has wrongfully seized my funds without notification or statement of reason, I have disputed the charges for all of my deposits to the site. I am also changing my card numbers for all cards that were used on the site. I don't care if I lose $5 from my sendearnings balance.

I will be updating this report as the issue develops further. Mainly, I am waiting to see if their customer service team attempts to remedy the situation. If they do so in a timely and reasonable manner (ie: restore my account/tournament and game standings/ rewards points within the next week or two), I will drop the issue save for this report.

Should Worldwinner ignore me or deny me access to all of the funds that are rightfully mine in a reasonable amount of time, I will be taking the following actions (progressively, listed in order):

1) File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

2) Contact my Veteran's Advocate to report the exploitation of and discrimination against a disabled veteran

3) Contact my Latino/a advocacy representative at my university to report the exploitation of and discrimination against a member of a racial/ethnic minority

4) File a formal legal grievance and subpeonas for policies and infractions justifying the seizure of funds and account closure

5) Contact News media to report the exploitation of and discrimination against the aforementioned minority statuses

I will take these actions one at a time as difficulty in resolution of the issue increases or is prolonged. Comments are appreciated, as are suggestions. Best of luck to those of you in a similar predicament.
