I recieved a visa gift card through simon gift cards for christmas and I ordered movies online, from columbia house I have not recieved them so I went onto the simon gift card website to see the transacton I I noticed that there is at least 10 transactions from a website called wpi ifriends I have never heard of them before in my whole life!!! What do I do?
