#3 Consumer Suggestion
Refunds for everyone

Without even knowing the situation, they already offered to refund his money? They have a lot of complaints filed against them and their solution, even when they are clearly in the right is to refund the customer and close his account. Why's that? When a company so quickly offers a refund, what does this mean?

Because we are not able to find Thomas account, we invite him to call us at the number provided on his credit card and listed in his report 1-800-437-4363. This is a toll-free call from Canada. A Customer Care representative will be able to resolve the issues, including refunding any charges. We look forward to speaking with Thomas.

fraud charges

1) call the company that charged you
2) call your credit card company to alert them to the problem
3) review your account with your bank rep
4) if there are more charges not recognized, put them in a fraud status through your bank
5) get a new number
NOTE: getting a new NUMBER does not effect your credit and will not hurt
Also please note if you just get a new card without communicating with your bank of the problem, the charges could continue to come through
\Cheers
Tom
