After reading the above RipOffReport complaint, we found the related iFriends account. We have cancelled the account and have refunded the charges that were billed to this customer. The iFriends account was created by someone who had complete knowledge of the customer's personal information, including the credit card number, billing address, and email address. In addition, the screenname used to file this RipOffReport, littleseizure, was the same email address that was used to create the iFriends account. This person created a VIP membership, which resulted in a monthly fee of $6.95. As mentioned above, we have refunded those charges.

If the customer feels that his personal information has been compromised, we strongly suggest that he contact his bank immediately and cancel the credit card. Additionally, he may wish to file a police report and start an investigation into the circumstances in which his card was used.
