Wu-Yi Source Company does not honor return policy. False advertising Nicosia Cyprus

My wife order this sample product but immediately upon hitting submit noticed that another month's order would be shipped and she would be billed for it. She only wanted the sample to try. She immediately contacted their customer service and told them to cancel everything. They shipped the product anyway.

When the product arrived we wrote return to sender and put it back in the mailbox. Because we didn't pay for postage to return the product (which she was assured wouldn't ship) and didn't obtain a tracking number the company claims they have no way to prove that they actually recieved the product back and will not refund our money.
My advice to everyone is this; don't order this type product from the internet! Only buy through a reputable dealer if you believe this type of product will work for you. Also, research who you are dealing with before ordering any thing through the internet.
