WU-YI Tea Wu-YI tea Co. offered a trial offer of 30 bags of tea which woud aid in weight loss. This tea was just oolong tea which did not work for weight loss. Three times they chared my credit card $34 .90 Ontario California

Wu-YI tea claimed their tea was a weight loss aid, if not, my money would be returned after I returned the remainder of the tea. Three times they charged my credit card $34.90 even though I returned more than half of the first box and three unused boxes of tea. I emailed them and they said I would receive a check in about three weeks. That was in March and I have not received a penny. This company and their claim is a fraud. What can I do to get my money returned?
