On 11-15 1stmeds.com charged me a $130 consultation fee and I was never contacted. After sending them several emails stating I was considering fraud charges,a manager named David emailed back(on 11-20) stating I would receive a full refund within 5 business days.


It's now 12-10 and still no word or refund.The email address he sent from is no longer valid(1stmeds@hotmail)and the websites contact form coincidentally dose'nt work any longer.Please help put a stop to these crooks.

Well theres still no way to get in touch

Well theres still no way to get in touch with these people. i wish i could believe that this is not a scam, but its now Jan third, and the phone number still doesnt work, i sent a couple of emails, no response yet.

Notice there was no phone # on their response ?
the phone # on the web puts you on hold indefinately, just music FOREVER.

NOT TOLL FREE.

I spent more on long distance chanrges than the service...

The company worked well for me for a month or 2, but now, there is no response...

Dear customers, The last month we have experienced some technical problems with our new pharmacy causing some delays. Since we have changed pharmacy's we had to implement a new system to enable us to securely transfer your medical data from our site to the pharmacy.

The main issue was inputting new orders, the situation was that customers were calling the doctor and the doctor was saying that they were not in the system.

1stmeds.com was completely unaware of this problem for some time. As a result customers thought we were ripping people off by not offering a consultation therefore we received some complaints. We are now aware of this problem and are dealing with it.

We strongly advise any customers to contact us if you experience a problem. Once we know who you are, we can then deal with your situation. If you are not in the system we can enter your details in again. If however you would like a refund then please let us know, We will honour all refunds and we have absolutely no intention of ripping people off. We are a legit company and we are dealing with this system error with the help of our pharmacy.

We moved pharmacy's to ensure that customers got the best medications and for the lowest prices possible, with any move problems can happen, we have taken on extra staff to deal with the changeover and as of now the systems are up to date with regards to refills.

December is a quiet month for us and this has enabled us to focus on upgrading the system. We are streamlining the order process to make it quicker and simpler for us to deal with and more reliable for you. This will then give us more time to offer a better customer service. Customer service is what we are ultimately aiming to improve on. We now have extra staff to answer emails and would like to welcome Gloria on board; also a new phone system is being installed as of January. 1stmeds.com is striving to be the best and we will do what ever it takes to improve things. Once again we apologize for the resent delays and problems. We can assure you that we will do our best to help you.
