I paid this company $80 dollars to fix my Xbox360 at the beginning of January 2013. To make a long story shorter I sent my Xbox360 to them a total of three time between January and April 2013. Everytime they sent it back to me supposedly "fixed" it wasn't. The third time I sent it to them they told me that they can fix 95% of Xbox 360s but mine was in the 5% they couldn't fix. They told me I could pay them another $80 dollars and that they would send me a refurbished Xbox360. They told me my Xbox360 was useless and I could have them trash it or I had to pay to ship it back to me which I thought was ridiculous so I let them trash it. They told me they were running low on refurbished Xbox360s so it would take about 3-6 weeks before I recieved mine.

This was at the beginning of April. I was traveling most of the month in June and figured by the time I got home it would be more than 6 weeks and I would have what I paid them for. However, upon arriving home I did not recieve what I paid for. I tried the number to call them which I had used before and it was disconnected. I went to their website and it is conveniently down. I sent an email back to the person who I exchanged emails with from this company and all I get is the same automated response back.

It's pretty obvious at this point I have been had. I don't know if they got shut down or if they just shut shop and split town with all the moeny they made ripping people off like me. Honestly looking at the whole situation now I wouldn't be surprised if they never tried to fix my system and just made me send it back to them three times so it looked like my system was unrepairable just so they could fix it up/refurbish it and resell it.

Think about it they made $180 off me for doing nothing and then made it seem like my system was useless so they could keep it for free and resell it to someone like me. I never have sent my system to a company like this and my lesson is learned. Since their opperation is shut down for now I don't think they will be ripping anyone off under this name anytime soon, however I am sure these people will come back with something again so be careful. If there is any way to prosecute the people running this site so they can't rip off anyone else I am all for it. It would also be nice to get my $180 back from these thieves.
