These scammer's call you on your phone stating that they are from the windows service desk. They then point you to event viewer to show you that windows has errors. They then take you to there site for you to download there program which will allow them remote control to your system. She's all go downhill from there! They could access banking/credit card info, insert viruses, hack yor facebook account, remote control any system on your network, and sooooo much more! Do not fall for these scammer's! Absolutely nobody should be calling you about things like this!
