Why does Robert have such a fascination with replying to these people looking for help with Badgehelp issues? Ethics aside, if someone paid for a product and did not receive the promised product, they should at the very least receive a response from the company the product was purchased from. Cheating is not the thing to do, but it doesn't mean that they should be ripped off either. Karma is not an immediate action if you know anything about religion, I hate when people say that crap. Karmic actions are applied to a person's NEXT life, not next week. Go run your shop and let people complain about being ripped off...the point of the site.
