I was bidding on a game for my PS3 system.  After I was outbided on the item I placed another bid only to find out no matter how many times I placed a bid on the item, it was never enough.  I then found out that my money or bids was not refunded to me or credited to me.

Once you lose the auction, you will lose the item and your money.

Seems to me like gambling???

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, November 22, 2010

...now if you were aware you were gambling..you really can not blame anyone but yourself for your loss...as it is ALWAYS in the best interests of the "house" that as many players lose as possible..otherwise in all logic and common sense, it would seem to be in question how they could otherwise profit, and hence stay afloat.

HOWEVER, if you were deceived, misled or otherwise defrauded into believing this was a legitimate "auction".... or a good way to "shop" for a deal, or anything other then gambling and/or entertainment..then this report has some merit.

Can you kindly expand on the report and share more detail?
