I noticed the email posted was for someone at schweiz.com, and then the name of the site you ordered from was different. I don't know which one is legally accountable, so here's both:

If it hasn't been that long, they just might be running behind, but if not, you can try the U.S. number listed. Emails are very easy to ignore. Depending on the amount sent, you might consider writing or at least calling.

It's a good thing you used your credit card, which is more secure. It might be good to contact your credit card, and tell them the purchase was not received. You might consider changing your account number, especially if you never do receive anything. Make sure to alert your credit card, at least for now, that future charges are unauthorized.
