On March 31, 2011 I purchased the VIP 5 Year Unlimited Access for $39.95 from www.Fullmovies.com, which is a movie download site. This site does not allow you to view which movies they have on file until you are a member.
After my purchase, I reviewed their movie options and found that it was not what I was expecting. Immediately, I requested a refund and the site advertises it has a 60 Money-Back Guarantee.
I received on email from them on March 31, 2011 asking me which movies I would like to see. I immediately responded to this email stating I have not and will not use the services and just wanted my money back.
I have since sent 5 more messages to this company and have not heard anything in response and still have not received my refund. The company states it will respond within 24 business hours. I feel I have been scammed and cannot do anything about it.

When you purchased from FullMovies.com you made the purchase through "ClickBank.com", this is the company you need to contact for your refund, not FullMovies.com . ClickBank is the provider who offers a 60 day moneyback guarantee on ALL their vendors programs. It is common for ClickBank vendors to tell customers to contact them for a refund, but the truth is you contact ClickBank for your refund. To me it seems that many vendors take advantage of this confusion as a means of keeping their refunds to a minimum. One; you get tired of the chase for your refund and give up or Two; you exhaust your 60 days trying to get a refund from the wrong source (the run-a-round). Either way all parties come out ahead if they get to keep your money.
I am a reviewer and marketer of quality ClickBank products. Their not all bad and their not all good, as part of my service I monitor popular ClickBank products collecting content on these programs as it happens for my visitors.
