After not receiving confirmation of order or shipment I called to confirm order. I was told they could not find any order in the system and I would need to replace my order. They then proceeded to ship and bill me for two orders. In disputing the double order they offered to refund and waive restocking fees but shipping would the returns would be at my cost. As the product was heavy, shipping charges would be over $100. I am disputing the double billing with my credit card company.

They (customer service rep Naomi Gaton) was not friendly and blamed me for the double order. I would advise not doing business with them as there are plenty of other more friendly tile stores online.

As our systems are fully automated, any order placed is shipped out immediately. This customer mistakenly placed 2 orders through no fault of our's. Upon realizing her mistake she attempted to blame it on us. We graciously offered to waive our restocking fee, but as we had already shipped the order to her for free and we had assumed all charges, we could not afford to lose even more money by paying for her return shipping.  

She disputed the charges with her credit card company. The case was ultimately ruled in our favor.
