Ordered violin on website for delivery in 7 to 10 days. Did not recieve product. Emailed twice and left several messages and have not recieved a response from company. Not sure where the order is???

Product Was Recieved, Customer Service was Not Recieved

Product was recieved. Customer service not existant. Delivery window was exceeded and no response was ever made to my requests for information. Product was only delivered after disputed credit card charge and contact was made at owners alternate work phone number which I won't put on here as I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate that. Only order from them if you do not have any immediate need for the product.

This dispute was resolved b/w the company and the consumer. Consumer DID receive his item. Company is not sure why he put the comment here on this site. Proof can be submitted but I am sure he does not want his zip code revealed in Colorado.
