*Consumer Comment: Mine Experience with Instrument Alley in the same time frame was acceptable
Orderded 12/5. Recieved email saying item was shipped via Fedex on the 6th. Kept checking status on Fedex and it only said"Package data transmitted to Fedex"
Instrument Alley website stated "Item shipped 12/6 via Fedex" GROUNDHOMEDELIVERY"
I called Fedex and they stated they never picked up or recieved the item to ship.
I hate LIARS and have "0" tolerance for them. I disputed the charge on my credit card and they will be crediting my account.
I hope this report helps someone to not get in this situation.

We shipped this guys order in the time frame we suggest in our shipping terms: http://www.instrumentalley.com/Articles.asp?ID=126 The item was picked up by FedEx before Joel left this false report and for some reason called us liars. 084524910085800 at fedex shows the tracking progress.
The item was processed and shipped in 5 business days as our terms suggest, you can see for yourself with the tracking provided. This seems to be a misunderstanding of our shipping terms on Joels part. This was most likely the wrong forum to post any discontent as there was no Rip-Off involved.
As a business, we have absolutely no reason to rip off a valued customer.

Instrument Alley shipped the item the same day I submitted this report. Perhaps I should have been more patient. We did exchange several emails regarding the transaction. Any misunderstanding or issues have been resolved.

They shipped the evening I submitted the report after I emailed and telling them to cancel order and that I had disputed the charge. We exchanged several emails. They could not see my side. I finally received the item 17 Dec. I cancelled the dispute and authorized the payment.
I got what I ordered...but I will not do busines again with them. I wish them the best and hope they learn something from this.

I ordered a Ukulele from Instument Alley on November 28th 2007. Theirs was among the lowest price for the model including shipping. The WEB site indicated that it may take 5 days to process the order. I email on the 4th business day and received a response within an hour saying that it would be shipped the next day. It was delivered to FED-EX the next day and it was held by FED-EX in Utah with an expected delivery of the 14th and did not leave Utah until the 13th of December. It arrived in good shape on the 14th as expected.
