Paid $70 for a new screen to find that it did not work. And now to replace it, they require me to pay $15 for a shipping label to send the screen back to them; plus another $15 to recieve a new screen. Might as well add $30 to their advertised price assuming the new replacement screen works.

What seems to be the technical problem with the screen not working?

LaptopScreen.com usually requires a couple of pictures of the fault and replaces such free of charge.

You should probably call them and ask to speak with Complaint Resolutions.
