Tania Ruiz is listed as the owner,address says outside US.I purchased a website that has only worked for a few days,HealthcarePlus.I paid $100,and $5 for a month of hosting.The website has been non functional for over 2 weeks,and all I get are sarcastic replies.Please help if you can.
