What can I say? After short-shipping product, accusing me of lying and shipping broken product, here is feedback from the OWNER:
"Perhaps internet shopping is not for you if your integrity is that fragile."
"I own this company, any more questions?"
"We can't have someone that is so easily offended mad at us."

Too bad this "customer" didn't tell the whole story.

Buyer "claims" an item was missing from package.
According to Endicia Postage Service, the weight of the package to the exact ounce proves order was shipped complete. Then buyer claims an item arrived broken-when asked to please provide a picture for insurance purposes (standard procedure that our insurer requires), this buyer was "offended" and claims their "integrity was challenged".
Buyer was offered a solution of two free chairs and also a refund-both of which were met with more threats to us as a business.
Thank goodness both sides can be heard.
